Viveea Jewelry – Return & Refund Policy
At Viveea, we take pride in crafting jewelry that’s as unique and radiant as you are. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Must be returned in the original packaging (including gift box/pouch)
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
Custom-made or personalized pieces
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as "Final Sale"
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@viveea.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or card provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the return may be subject to a small fee to cover original postage.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us immediately with:

A clear photo of the item and the packaging
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
